We are searching for Telemarketing Representatives to generate leads by finding interested prospects that want to implement best-in-class IT and Data Networking Solutions that will help them grow their organization and to increase their efficiencies. Primary focus of the position will be to:

• Make Outbound Sales Calls to our Prospect List – mostly Rochester Area organizations.
• Set up Appointments for the OCG Sales Team to meet with the Prospect
• Keep all call information constantly updated in our Sales Leads Database

Proficient computer skills plus the desire to learn the computer / network support business

OCG is looking for a field technician to service, install, and maintain networks/equipment in our clients' offices. This includes hardware setup, installing software (both OS and application), network setup, setup/service of other office equipment. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently. Candidate must have reliable transportation to our office and job sites around Rochester, NY. We are willing to provide certification training to long term candidates.

Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and applications 2+ years experience as computer technician or other related field Able to work independently at off-site locations Must be well spoken and driven to succeed Must be able to pass drug test and background check

OCG is looking for an IT Engineer responsible for designing and developing systems and providing systems support by performing the following duties.

Degree/Certifications in computer hardware and applications 5+ years experience as computer professional other related field with some management experience Research new technologies as they emerge Analyze, determine and specify subsystems or system requirements to assure performance and integration other systems Apply knowledge of hardware, software, operational analysis and test and integration to assure system concept feasibility and integrity Plans, develops, administers and supports management plans and controls that assure accomplishment of defined objectives Recommends selection, approval, and acquisition of hardware, software, networking components, and services Supervises, installs, configures, and tests work stations with supporting hardware, software, and networking components as needed
