We provide excellent Support Services to Small Businesses, typically having less than 200 employees.
We are searching for Telemarketing Representatives to generate leads by finding interested prospects that want to implement best-in-class IT and Data Networking Solutions that will help them grow their organization and to increase their efficiencies. Primary focus of the position will be to:
- Make Outbound Sales Calls to our Prospect List – mostly Rochester Area organizations.
- Set up Appointments for the OCG Sales Team to meet with the Prospect
- Keep all call information constantly updated in our Sales Leads Database
- Strong, prospect-engaging skills over the phone.
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Desire and experience in cold calling accounts and quickly establishing relationships with new accounts.
- A high level of self-motivation coupled with a strong desire to earn significant commission income.
- Proficient computer skills plus the desire to learn the computer / network support business.
- This position can be either part-time (with flexible shifts) or full-time.
- Calls will be made: Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 6 PM

- Hewlett Packard - Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Storage, Switches, Printers
- Microsoft - XP, Vista, Office, Windows Server, Small Business Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server
- CA - Internet Security, Anti-Virus/Spyware, Spam Filtering
- Sonicwall - Firewall, VPN, Email Security, Back-up and Recovery
- Maximizer - An integrated CRM software solution with sales force automation, marketing management, and customer service & support.
- Cisco – Routers, switches, security products, wireless, IP Phone systems
Primary territory includes the Greater Rochester Area of Upstate New York.
