IBS Remote Support (level 1)- PC Remote Control

- Purchase support time as you go or in advance blocks of time for reduced rates
IBS Monitor (level 2)
Includes Remote Support (level 1) services plus:
- 24x7 monitoring
- Server availability monitoring
- Critical service monitoring
- Event log monitoring
- Web server monitoring
- Port connection monitoring
- Backup monitoring (supported products only)
- Anti-virus base configuration and monitoring (supported products only)
- OCG suggested remediation for all issues
- Reporting services: Executive Summary, Uptime, Disk Space, and more
IBS Manage (level 3)
Includes all Remote Support (level 1) and Monitor (level 2) services plus:
- Complete endpoint security: Custom AV/AS configuration, AV/AS removal and remediation
- Backup troubleshooting and remediation
- Patch policy configuration
- Patch management, troubleshooting, and remediation
- Patch deployment
- Scheduled machine maintenance (defrag, temp file cleanup, etc)
Custom scripts, custom reporting, and software deployment are additional tools provided remotely through IBS and available on-demand. Length of development time per project can vary drastically, so pricing is developed on a case-by-case basis.
